Depature Tax
An airport departure tax of U.S $30 is levied when leaving the country by Air and is included in air tickets.
Reservations & Initial Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 45 days before the tour begins. For last minutes reservations, conditions will change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Cost
Prior to tour departure, for cancellations received by us in writing:
From booking time to
45 days prior………………………………………………….30% tour cost
44-21 days prior……………………………………………50% tour cost
21-7 days prior……………………………………………….75% tour cost
6 days or less prior or no show……………..100% tour cost
Refunds
There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever. Amendments made to the itinerary once paid for may result in additional costs.
